What Are LIFE groups?
Altus Christian Fellowship's LIFE Group concept may seem unusual, it is actually the
New Testament pattern of church life. LIFE stands for the four basic components of our
small groups.
We refer to these groups as LIFE Groups because they are based on the concept
of the role that human cells play in our development and survival as human beings in life.
A cell is a living organism that forms the fundamental unit of living matter. Cells are
necessary for creating and maintaining life.
In the same manner, LIFE Groups are fundamental for the maintaining and creating
of an atmosphere whereby Christian life may thrive. As believers, this is important.
